12/11/13

Just took two weeks annual time off which actually coincided with a small finger tweak (feels better now). No real training plan yet but I am getting back on it and am going to hit it hard this winter. Been studying Steve Maisch's website, rereading Dave McLeod's 9 out of 10 climbers, and gonna hit some Anderson Brothers repeaters soon.
  • Warm-up on the fingerboard for 10 min
  • Chris Webb Parsons fingerboard workout (CWP): 10s hangs, LE, Half-Crimp
  • WPU: ME 10lbs 7/6/6
  • A2W: 6/5/5
  • Ring Flys (Fly): 9/10/8
  • Ring Push Ups (Push): 13/12/11
